Former Professional Muay Thai fighter and amateur MMA fighter with a passion for fitness. Mikal has extensive hands on client training experience in fitness, Muay Thai, Kettlebell and strength & conditioning. He has spent the last few years focusing on Muay Thai coaching and encouraging people to achieve their goals whether it is in Muay Thai, performance, muscle gain, fitness or fat loss. He loves to test new and exciting ways to get fit and to transform his body.
Mikal is certified as a Master Personal Trainer.
Philip started his training in martial arts at a young age, taking part in Judo, and later changed to train in classical jiu-jitsu. Whilst training in classical jiu-jitsu he also decided to further his martial arts training by encompassing Kali, Muay Thai, Boxing and BJJ.
He has found the most joy in training BJJ and continued his training for a further 18 years where he has achieved his black belt in 2012, and earned his degree in 2015.
